In order to not put our future customers at risk especially in times of the global pandemic, we will not be accepting any request for exchanges.
All units have been sterilized and packaged all the way through without skin contact to prevent any cross-contamination from production to packaging stage.
As our products are meant for personal care, there are several hygiene factors that needs to be taken into account and we are unable to guarantee the condition of the product being returned to us due to its possibility of imposing hygiene issues.
Items sent back to us without any form of communication or agreement will be disposed and no refunds will be issued.
